Just a few minutes prep work and then into the oven for 10 to 12 minutes for beautifully seasoned and cooked shrimp. Serve the shrimp over egg noodles or rice, drizzle the lemon pan juices over the shrimp for very flavorful entrĂ©e that looks extra special. 

 

Easy how-to for making One Pan Lemon Shrimp

 

To get started, preheat the oven to 400F degrees.

Ingredients needed for one pan lemon shrimp recipeThis lemon shrimp recipe uses just four ingredients. The shrimp, lemons, butter and a packet of Italian Seasoning Mix.

 

Melting butter for one pan lemon shrimp recipeLine a baking sheet with 1-inch sides with aluminum foil and toss on the pieces of butter. Place the pan in the oven for a few minutes or just long enough for the butter to melt.

 

Slicing the lemons for one pan lemon shrimp recipeWhile the butter is melting, thinly slice the lemons.

 

Pull the pan with the melted butter out of the oven.

One Pan Lemon Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons butter, cup into pieces
  • 3 large lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 package Italian Seasoning Mix

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400F degrees.

Cover a sheet pan with foil.

Place the 4 pieces of butter evenly over the sheet pan and place in the oven just until melted.

Remove the pan from the oven and line the lemon slices in the pan of melted butter.

Next, place the shrimp on top of the lemon slices.

Sprinkle the packet of Italian Seasoning Mix evenly over the shrimp.

Place in the oven and bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked through. Serve over egg noodles or rice, spooning the lemon juice from the pan over the shrimp when plated.

    This looks delicious. On a whim, I bought shrimp… Too much shrimp. Ever since I’ve been wondering what to do with all of it. It is frozen, so I do have time to think. I would like to try this recipe. When you talk about a packet of Italian seasoning mix, are you talking about the salad dressing mix, like Good Seasons?
