Streusel topping

• One cup, finally chopped pecans
• 2/3 cup sugar

Pistachio Bundt cake

• One box yellow cake mix
• One small instant pistachio pudding mix
• Four eggs
• One cup sour cream
• Three-quarter cup orange juice
• One quarter cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Glaze

• 2 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 to 4 tablespoons milk
• Maraschino cherries

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Greece mini Bundt cake pan generously was shortening

Mixed together, pecans, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl; sprinkle one tablespoon into each mini Bundt pan

Mix together, cake mix, putting mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, orange juice, and vanilla in a mixing bowl; add green food coloring until it reaches your desired color of green (about 12 drops)
