Graduation

By Lorraine

We celebrated last weekend, the commencement of our oldest daughter, Erin’s graduation, her hard work and achievement earning a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph University in Philadelphia.

 With her Dad

 well done, Erin!

It was a beautiful day for a graduation and the speeches by the graduates were moving and inspiring, speaking of the hurdles, challenges, unexpected detours and delays they encountered as they persevered toward their goals.

This Dr Seuss quote is for our girl!

I saw your red roses on my friend, Susan's blog, and had to come over and see. Congratulations on your daughter receiving her Masters Degree. What an accomplishment, and such a special day for all. I really do know the joy and excitement of this day, as my daughter just got her PhD.

You will look back on this day and smile.

What a major accomplishment for Erin! What a special day for all of you! I enjoyed seeing every picture of your lovely family. Jarred looks so good standing there proudly with his mother! This blessed my heart, as I know how much hard work was needed to finally arrive at this day. Congratulations to Erin! That quote was the best way to sum it up.
