How to make cheesy chicken and stuffing

Looking for a quick and easy recipe for a kid-friendly weeknight dinner or to take to a potluck? Make cheesy chicken and stuffing in a creamy sauce and topped with stuffing and melted Swiss cheese (or your favorite cheese). A cinch to make and so good!Begin with skinless, boneless chicken breasts. Arrange them in a lightly greased 13×9 inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. You can use Swiss cheese but American cheese tastes great too.

Garlic powder
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup dry white wine or you can substitute orange juice

Spoon soup mixture evenly over chicken.

Sprinkle with crushed stuffing mix evenly over the top.

Drizzle butter over stuffing.

Sprinkle with garlic powder and then the grated Parmesan cheese.

Serving suggestion

Cheesy chicken and stuffing is really good served with Glazed Carrots.

Colorful, elegant and delicious glazed carrots are quick and easy to make on the stove with just a few ingredients. A perfect & nutritious dinner side dish.

Chicken Pot PieChicken Pot pie is an all-time favorite comfort food and for good reason. Chunks of tender chicken, carrots and peas in a creamy gravy with a flaky, golden pie crust. A great meal for Sunday dinner or a family weeknight meal. Make it easy and cut prep time by using rotisserie chicken and frozen vegetables.

Chicken Pasta SaladChunks of chicken, bow tie pasta, Parmesan cheese, grapes and veggies are tossed together and then refrigerated a few hours for all of the flavors to blend and meld together. With a hint of lemon for brightness and, my personal favorite, basil, it is a bowlful of creamy deliciousness.
