Cambrie In Mom-Mom’s vintage Christening Dress

By Lorraine

While watching our sweet, baby granddaughter, Cambrie the other day, I dressed her in the Christening dress that belonged to me. Then I made a picture to look like an old cabinet photo.
Irresistibly hug-able, this little one is 6 weeks old already!
Here I am wearing the dress as my Godmother holds me in the bright sun.
My Godparents and my parents~~~~~*~~~~~

I love your new/old cabinet card. What a great idea. Cambrie is such a beautiful baby ~ her eyes are so pretty. The black & white photo of the two of you is wonderful.

I never heard of the Sepia Scenes blog – that might be fun to join in on. Your scenes would be so nice for notecards.
I really like notecards made out of personal photographs. Last year I took pictures of my friends' pets and made them into notecards. Then I packaged them up and gave them as their Christmas gifts.

What a special treasure to have something you wore – and then your grandchild can wear. That is so neat. I love the sepia tones photos. So much history!
