Spinach Dip

Serve this favorite spinach dip appetizer for a party charcuterie board. Easy recipe with crunchy water chestnuts and green onions. If you are looking for a quick and easy appetizer for a party charcuterie board, for snacking or to take to a friends home to watch the game, spinach dip is a perfect choice.

No wonder this dip has been a favorite through the years. It is full of flavor and tastes great served with an assortment of crackers, cut veggie sticks, or chips.  Water chestnuts add crunch but you can substitute chopped celery if you prefer. Sprinkle the top with chopped green onions.

Cooking and straining spinach for dip

 

Cook the frozen spinach as directed on the box.

Add the package of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix to the bowl.

 

Stir the ingredients together until well combined.

 

Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  • 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 green onions, chopped (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Chill for about 2 hours.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers, like crackers or veggies, and share with your favorite people.
