Has God impressed on your heart something special this week?
Was there a Scripture verse, a song, a quote, a poem or an encouraging word that came your way and caused you to pause.
I’d love for you to share.

I think we often forget the power we have in prayer. And how God desires us to spend time with him in that way.
I didn't have time yesterday to get a post together! 🙁 But I will spend some time visiting all the other great bloggers! Hope you're having a nice weekend Lorraine!
"Have an appointment with the Lord and Keep it." Strong and inspiring words! Thanks for sharing.
We are so blessed, our prayers need to be more about gratitude instead of needs. God knows our needs, He needs to hear from us regularly with grateful hearts. Thanks for a beautiful reminder L.
Great quote and lovely picture. I certainly need to be more consistent in my prayer life and not allow other things to encroach on my time. Thank you for the reminder…have a great Sunday!
Your Scripture photo so suits my post this week!!!
Have a great week 😀

What a wonderful quote of Corrie ten Boom…a perfect reminder for us all. What a blessing it is that the Lord is always there for us.
I have been out of the blog loop! But after my 3 month blog break, I have finally posted my recent post and also wanted to do some blog visiting. Hope all is well and I surely miss dear blog visits from friends such as you!
Blessings & Aloha!
If you have a chance, I hope you stop by.
A wonderful quote and scripture!
What a wonderful quote! I get so busy sometimes that I forget that I really need to PRAY rather than just my continual little thank yous that I utter as I go through my day. xo Diana
Wonderful quote and so true.
Love this scripture!
This is lovely. I found "The Hiding Place" one of the most memorable books I've ever read.
Hi Lorraine, Beautiful post this evening. Blessings to you this weekend.
I just read your comment above about receiving inappropriate comments. I cannot imagine anything bad that could be said about you. Thank you for letting me join in. You're precious!!
How often we forget that appointment… how much better life would go if we would remember… (i did a mistake..cropping my picture….oops)
